Beginners and experienced printmakers explore a variety of woodblock printing methods. Using traditional tools and methods in creative ways, students create multi-layered reduction and relief prints with oil-based ink and a printing press, as well as single-layer hand rubbed prints with water-based ink. Students also learn simple bookmaking and display techniques for their work.
